i just came back from running and dinner with julie and yatie. seriously, julie nvr fails to crack me up each time i'm with her. but first, it didnt start well. i left my house at bout 4pm and walked slowly to the bus stop. only when i was in the bus, i realise i left my phone at home. crap. (sorry to those who called and sms me!)
i reached the stadium and didnt see julie or yatie around so i decided to just wait for them at the stands. yatie arrived first and julie came next. we stretched a bit and started to run. target: at least 6 rounds. okay, some of you will think, oh that's chicken-feed 6 rounds only but i haven't exactly run long distances for ages so it'll do as a start.
k, off we go.. then, before we could even finish a round i heard funny slapping sounds coming from julie. and i was listening to my mp3 while running. i looked to my left and guess wat, julie's shoes' sole came off. this is the 2nd time she did that. the first time was at vivo when she broke her slippers. this led to julie saying me and yatie were jinxes. that's because everytime she goes out with us two, she'll spoil her footwear.
then we went back to our bags there and a guy or should i say idiot came over to us and started scolding us in his "fluent" english that we didnt put our bags in the locker and that if things went missing he won't be responsible and that we cannot run complaining to him. i was so pissed off la. then he spoke to this malay uncle in malay LOUDLY smth like we're dumb idiots for not using the lockers. i mean HELLO! me and yatie are malay. we can understand you. so asshole la.
and anyway, even if our things are lost, it's OUR things not HIS. kita tak minta ganti rugi la.
after running, we kicked some balls around and went over to century square for dinner. as usual after eating, we went into shop after shop and tried on heels and looked at make-up. think we bored julie over there cos she started singing in the shops. it was already 9pm so we decided to head home.
when i reached home, a cat was sitting outside my house. brought him in and now, my official count is 31. seriously, i dunno how these cats find their way up to my house. but it's ok, the more the merrier :)
