no training today, so that means i exercised only twice this wk. training on tues and running on thurs. damn. must go running again tomorrow. yatie's in kl so maybe i'll get juls to accompany me.
watched the olympics swimming just now, and yes! phelps got his 7th gold by 0.01s faster. he was trailing all the way and at the very very very last minute he touched the wall ahead of this Serbian swimmer Kavic. now for the 8th gold, the relay. let's just hope his teammates don't let him down.
exactly 1 more mth to go before sch starts. seriously, will the hols just end now? i'm getting impatient. i wanna hit my books again. seeing most of my frens started sch already, i'm so jealous!
and the epl season is starting. actually, epl don really thrill me much but after seeing torres and fabregas in Euro 08, maybe I'll start paying closer attention to epl this yr. but till now, i still don't get wat's the big deal with man utd. my bro supports them though (wrong choice la, lil bro)
k, i shall go back to my olympics now. such is life. eat, sleep, watch tv, shake legs at home and trainings.
