I watched The Sniper today (I know I’m supposed to be studying, but let’s leave it for now), the movie was okay, simple plot and there wasn’t any surprise to the ending. Good thing Edison’s character OJ didn’t die, if not, it would beat the whole purpose of me watching it. Ok, I admit, the reason I watched the movie was because of him. He looked much better in the movie compared to now (not that he is not, he still is). Just that, after the whole scandal thing, he looks a tad too pale and skinnier. During the movie, whenever Edison was on screen, there’s this 2 girls behind me who kept saying “shuai ge, shuai ge”
Yes, I know Edison is good-looking but you don’t need to tell the whole theatre right?

Back to local television, I don’t know if you agree with me but I seriously think Jeannette Aw and the whole Little Nyonya drama is so so so over-rated. I mean, just because the whole concept of the drama is different from the other typical ch 8 dramas, does not mean it’s the best ok? Jeannette’s acting still have not improved from the time she started acting. Her expressions are all the same, To me, she looks the same when she cries, when she laugh and even when she’s mad at someone. I’ve never been a fan of hers and I think I never will. To think some people claim that she can be the next Ah Jie??!! She has a long long long way to go. That is, if she can ever reach that standard. I bet you this year’s Star Awards will have Little Nyonya winning a lot though I don’t know if they really deserve all the attention and hype given to them.

Since I’m still on the subject of television, I was watching Beauty and the Geek the other day.. I was eagerly anticipating how the hot guy will look like and I wanted to see the reactions of all the pretty ladies. Never did I expect this supposedly hot guy to look like Cristiano Ronaldo!! The man I hate most in football (together with Didier Drogba & Zlatan Ibrahimovic) In case you don’t watch it, you see, this season has a twist - instead of having all 10 guys who are geeks, they have 9 geeks and 1 hot dude. Same goes for the ladies. 9 pretty ladies and 1 geek. So there are 9 pairs of pretty ladies with their geek partners and 1 opposite couple – the good-looking guy and the geek girl. It’s episode 5 already and it’s showing everyday at 4pm, but I wouldn’t be able to watch much tv from now on, cos I’ll be having classes whole week from Monday to Sunday. How great life is.
