sunig has ended and i must say the last game against ntu was by far our best game. we didn't win, but we played a really organised match. or i should say my teammates did. cos i didn't start that game. got in only during 2nd half :(

anyway, now i know how zhiqi and celest felt when they played keeper. ntu players can really kick and i mean really really kick. i was trying to defend one of them from shooting, when i got hit in the chest. and i seriously got the wind knocked out of me for a second there. but thank god, nothing else happened to me.

anyway, got back from my facial appointment with jojo, my friend and ex-colleague. she's a freelance beautician, so girls, need any facials, let me now ok? haha
didn't expect to meet Chia there, also an ex-colleague. or i shouldn't say colleague cos we've nvr worked together before. see, after i quit my job, he was supposed to take over, so i had to sort of hand-over all my projects to him. yah, we met that one time only and i'm surprised he still remembers me.

both of them kept saying i was very skinny and i look much happier now. jojo even said she feels i've changed a lot. hmmm have i?

since chia was there, he suggested that i should check out this machine. supposedly it can measure your calcium level, bmi, body fat % and stuff and it can even gauge your biological age. which simply means how old your body is.
so here are my results:

height: 158cm
age: 21
weight: 44.1kg
bmi: 17.7 (not good because normal range should be 18.5 to twenty-something)
body fat %: 21%
visceral fat: 1 (this is bad because 1-3 is considered low, normal should be 4-6)
metabolism rate: 1054 (normal for woman should be about 1000)
skeletal muscle: 22 (normal one should be 20 i think)
biological age: 18

whey hey! not bad, my body is 3 yrs younger than i am hahahha.. chia said that apart from my weight, everything is ok.

this means that i did not put on weight. which i thought i have. considering most of the time, after buka puasa, i'll just laze around.
